Design Workshops and Sprints

Background and Key Outcomes
I’ve facilitated various workshops and design sprints for multiple banks and companies aiming to enhance their customer experience or implement new features. These sessions help accelerate feature development or product enhancements by bringing together key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across the board.

Workshops and design sprints are powerful tools that enable businesses to quickly evaluate the feasibility of products and features before launching them into the market.
This approach reduces risk and creates a clear path to success in a competitive marketplace. When customer-centric products are paired with a solid business model, they have the potential to thrive in today’s dynamic environment.

Given the tight timeframe and limited budget, we opted to use a product strategy approach developed by Alexander Osterwalder to gain a clearer understanding of the product-market fit. I conducted stakeholder interviews and created a Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas to better define the product’s alignment with market needs.

3. Design sprint methodology
Design sprints are a powerful tool for aligning stakeholders and cross-functional teams within a complex organization. The ultimate goal of a design sprint is to ensure better alignment across teams and reduce the risk of introducing a new service or product to the market.
